Honest camera inspections • Documented findings • Repair when possible, replace only when necessary
A homeowner in El Macero, CA called us last fall after getting quoted nearly twelve thousand dollars for a full sewer line replacement.
We re-ran the camera. The line had one bad joint — a single root intrusion about twenty feet from the cleanout. The right scope was a spot repair on that one joint. Not a full replacement. Not twelve thousand dollars.
This is why we don't approach sewer line repair as a sales opportunity. We approach it as a diagnostic problem. The answer is hiding in the camera footage. Our job is to read the footage honestly and tell you.
From precise diagnostics to professional repairs and replacements.
Most problems in El Macero are localized. One bad joint or section damaged by roots or settlement. We perform spot repairs that hold for decades when the surrounding line is sound.
For older cast iron, failing clay, or Orangeburg lines with systemic issues, full replacement is the correct solution. We document why and offer both trenchless and traditional methods.
Pipe bursting and cured-in-place pipe lining preserve your landscaping and hardscape. We tell you honestly whether your line qualifies.
Creates a new pipe inside the old one when conditions allow. Powerful technology for the right situations.
Every recommendation starts with a full-length camera inspection. You receive a written report with time-stamped footage and clear documentation.
Adding an accessible cleanout makes future maintenance and repairs far less invasive and expensive.
Reactive cleaning for backups and scheduled maintenance for homes with trees or aging lines.
We clear the immediate blockage and then diagnose the root cause with camera inspection.
A property owner noticed toilets gurgling and slow drains. Another company quoted a full replacement over the phone. We ran the camera, found one root intrusion, performed hydro jetting and a spot repair. The line has worked perfectly since at a fraction of the cost.
Each scope is presented to you in writing before work begins. You'll know exactly what you're paying for.
A real inspection report includes linear distance markers, anomaly type and severity, pipe material identification, joint condition assessment, and recommendations tied directly to evidence.

Yes. Sewer work in El Macero typically requires municipal permits, and we manage that as part of the project.
We warranty our workmanship in writing. Whether a spot repair holds long-term depends on the condition of the line around the repair — which is why we document line condition during inspection.
